Day of Race Bib Pickup Bib numbers will be available at the starting line Saturday morning from 6:00 am till 7:30 am. Please allow early starters to pick up their bibs first. Runner Check In Every runner must check in Saturday morning before 7:45 am. If you do not check in you will not qualify as a finisher. The Start The race will start at 8:00 am. There will be a 7:00 am early start for those wanting an extra hour on the course. Driving time from I-90 at exit 93 is about 30 minutes as you are on a Forest Service Road with a low speed limit (watch out for deer and elk on the road). Please allow enough time to drive safely and arrive in time to check in. Parking At The Start You will need a Forest Service Permit ($5). Please follow signs to the parking area. No one is allowed to park at or near the starting line, as this is a publicly used road. It is a bit of a walk from the parking area to the start line; please allow time for this. Finish Line Feed The post race feed will start at 3:00 pm and will be catered by Canyon River Bakers. We will have a large bagel sandwich bar complete with organic meats, cheeses, veggies, condiments (including hummus), cookies and fresh fruit. These guys are out of Ellensburg and pride themselves on great bagels and top quality fixings. We are planning on two sandwiches per person, so you shouldn’t go home hungry. The cost is $5 for runners and $10 for guest. Please prepay for your meal tickets when you register. |
